CHANGES
  Release 0.4.2

    *   Fixed problems with smartinstall and fixallperl. A bug prevented it
        from working on pretty much everybody's system but mine. Thanks to
        the people who reported this problem.

    *   Fixed some hardcoded paths in HTML templates. These prevented proper
        page display on pretty much everybody's system but mine.

    *   Minor documentation updates.

    *   New options to install as non-root.

    *   New options to smartinstall, to automatically create parent
        directories as needed (-m), and to go ahead and try to install even
        if prospects look dim (-r).

    *   Minor changes to distribution building tools.

    *   A few other very small bugfixes.
