wmakersoundconfig was written by Scott Gifford <sgifford@tir.com>.

Any bugs in this program are entirely my fault, and the authors of
the programs from which I have begged, borrowed, and stolen (mostly
stolen) portions of the code from SHOULD NOT be contacted with

Portions of the automake files were blatantly stolen from

All of the sound playing code was torn ruthlessly from wmsound, 
versions 02 and 05.  I couldn't find the original author's name
